6th - 12th graders are invited to come on our annual youth ski trip! We will be staying at Lake Junaluska and they will be providing all of our meals and this is included in the cost. Friends that are non-members are welcome to join!

This will be a night for you to bring your date or just yourself and be served by the youth of FUMC IOP! There will be a 3 course meal with caesar salad, spaghetti, and dessert. The youth will serve you from seating, to passing out dinner, to cleaning up. We want you to sit back and enjoy a night of love with music, food, and fellowship! The best part? You don’t have to cook and you are supporting the youth of FUMC IOP!

The cost is $20 in advance and $25 the day of.

9th-12th graders are invited to join as we make a meal for our friends in need once a month at Star Gospel Mission. 

We will meet there beginning at 4:00 and have dinner prepared by 5:00. 

Afterwards we will grab a bite to eat downtown and talk about our mission together.

Parents and friends are encouraged to help and join us as well!

This community-wide event features all-you-can-eat oysters, chili, hot dogs and desserts, as well as a jump castle for children. Tickets are $30 for adults and $10 for kids. All proceeds will benefit the church's Medical Missions trip to Chiapas, Mexico.

Adult Sunday School Classes start at 9:30 am, an hour before the 10:30 service. 

Anchor Class: Uses Bible-based Cokesbury study material. Meets in the classroom across from the nursery. 

All Comers Class: Uses Bible-based Cokesbury study material. Meets in the classroom next to the kitchen.

Boone Bowen Class: A non-traditional approach to fostering a Christian faith. Meets in the Admin building, 

first door on the left.

Pre-K—2nd Grade: Meets in the classroom next to the kitchen.

3rd—5th Grade: Meets in classroom across from the nursery.

Join us for a fun evening of mahjong, laughter, and fellowship! All ages welcome and any level welcome, we just ask that you know the basics or let us know if you need a lesson and we can assist. 

THE FIRST MONDAY OF EACH MONTH IS THE ONLY MONDAY WE WILL HAVE A TEACHER FOR NEW PLAYERS. 

Please join us on that first Monday of the month if you need to learn. Experienced players can attend every Monday. 

We ask that you bring a light appetizer to share.

We ask that if you have a mahjong card to bring it and if you have a tile set you can bring that as well! We would rather have more than enough sets than not enough. If you do not have a card, we have extras. If you would like to keep it afterwards we just ask that you give a donation to our Monday Mahjong Ministry.
