Frequently Asked Questions

  • Where do I go?  Our 9:00 Praise and 11:00 Traditional services are held in the sanctuary.
  • What should I wear? People will be wearing most everything from suits and ties, shorts and t-shirts. Wear whatever makes you comfortable.
  • Where should I park? We have ample parking to the right of the Sanctuary, and you will also find handicapped accessible parking in both of these locations.
  • When are worship services held? The Praise service is at 9:00 and the 11:00 Traditional services are currently in the Sanctuary.
  • What is First Friends? First Friends is our fellowship time, held from 9:00-10:00 each Sunday morning.  First Friends takes place in the hall outside of the Fellowship Hall.  When weather is nice, we sometimes have First Friends outside in the garden, between the fellowship hall building and the sanctuary building. We have coffee, snacks, and great people to hang out with.
  • What about Sunday School? We offer Sunday School for all ages during the school year.  Any of our greeters or staff will be happy to help you find a class. Look for someone with a nametag and they will be glad to help you!
  • Is there an elevator? There is an elevator in the Sanctuary building, accessible through the doors under the front steps.  
  • Can I bring my children? Your children are welcome in all of our worship services! If you prefer, we offer a nursery for children three and younger. We also offer Wee Worship during our two traditional services. Children are free to stay for the entire service or leave worship after the children's moment.
  • What is Wee Worship?  Children ages three through second grade can leave worship after the children's moment for a teaching time called Wee Worship. Parents can pick their children up from the Wee Worship room following worship services. The Wee Worship room is located on the first floor of the Sanctuary building.  Your children are free to stay with you in worship if you prefer.
  • Is there a nursery?  Our nursery is located on the first floor of the Sanctuary building and available for children three and under.  Our nursery staff is trained and screened through our Safe Sanctuaries program.
  • What is Safe Sanctuaries?  Safe Sanctuaries is our program to ensure that all adults who work with children, youth, and vulnerable adults are screened and trained to ensure the safety of children, youth, and vulnerable adults.
